We have had many realtors over the past 36 years, all over the country. I have to say Mark is by far the best, and most knowledgeable realtor we have ever had. He is an expert in the area and was on top of everything new on the market and notified us immediately. He helped us with so many decisions we have had to make. My husband travels a lot and I had so many questions and concerns about many things and Mark addressed each one very quickly and efficiently. I never had to make another call to anyone in reference to our closing, builder issues, etc. Mark literally handled everything for us. It's so refreshing to go through the home buying process and know our realtor had our back through everything. When we sat down with the builder to draw up the contract, Mark even negotiated down the price, which they rarely agree to. We were quite impressed with his negotiation skills. We consider Mark a trusted advisor. He has provided us recommendations for restaurants, an excellent handyman, screen enclosure and fence installer and the list goes on. I have reached out to him many times since our closing for all kinds of advice, and his recommendations have been top notch! I have recommended Mark to our dearest friends and family. We move around a lot, and when we do move again, we will absolutely reach out to Mark because we know he is the best of the best!

Mark & Monte Jones sold our house in 6 days and we got two full price offers on the same day. They did tremendous market research on our home and homes that had sold around us, and they marketed our home with amazing on line photographs that truely made our home look like a million dollars. There's no way I can possibly say enough to emphasis how incredibly valuable Mark's service was. The professionalism demonstrated by him throughout the entire process of searching for a home was outstanding! I started out my 2 year long search being exposed to many other agents, but truly hit the jackpot with Mark. I had several changes in venue during the course of my very long, very detailed search, having to redefine the criteria as well as my budget more than once, but he never missed a beat. He went well above & beyond what was obligatory in every context. He was prompt getting back to me anytime I had questions, as well as timely and accommodating at "every single" showing and... there were probably hundreds. I wanted to share a testimonial for you website:

Mark has got to be the best guy on the planet. When he was introduced to me by my mortgage guy, he was said to "work like a crazy". If you mean, the best customer service and most convenient, polite and respectful guy; that would be how I would define Mark. From start to finish, I am a picky guy, especially in the realm of customer service. I expect the "Ritz" treatment at all times. Mark most certainly meets this criteria. However, Mark does his "Ritz" treatment in the best way possible. He gets to know someone and what they need and are looking for. And he does it in a real, down-to-earth way. I can't tell you the number of times I have either worked with a realtor or another salesman and they forget who they are working for. Mark knows exactly who the boss is. Very few times did I call Mark and not get a response almost immediately. Even the first time I called he answered. It was 7pm during the middle of a snowstorm. Mark was on his way to show a home!!!! That impressed me from the beginning. If you are looking for someone who will work with you for months and do the best by you, please, do yourself a favor, let Mark help.

I just wanted to put down in words our amazing experience with Mark Jones as our realtor. I
work in a line of business where both myself and all the people in my company have close relationships with many realtors. When it came time for my family to look for a new home, I had many choices on who I could ask to help us, but I never hesitated in choosing Mark. I knew that Mark was dedicated to his craft and would take good care of us, on top of that, he has a fun and outgoing personality and is just fun to be around. Mark listened attentively to what we were looking for and immediately set about searching for our new home, always sure to include the features we needed. Even though I am sure he had other clients at the time, he always treated us as though we were the only ones and were the most important. He was willing to spend as much or as little time as we wanted at each house and was honest about each home we visited. We valued his advice and always welcomed the fact that he would offer his professional opinion when we asked for it. We also loved the fact that he was nearly always available to take our calls, or in the few instances we weren’t able to reach him on our first try, he would
return our messages promptly – generally within a few minutes. Although some realtors will try to push you into a more expensive home for their own gain, Mark never strayed from our budget and only showed us homes we could comfortably afford. He would go out of his way to accommodate us and showed us as many homes as we wanted to see. He would even be willing to revisit the same homes time and time again – often in the same day! What could have been a frustrating and grueling search for a new home, Mark made into a fun experience instead.
Once he had found us the perfect home (and it truly is our perfect home), and we made our
offer, he more attentive than ever. His follow‐though was impeccable. We knew every decision and every turn of events as they happened. We were continually updated on all that went on behind the scenes. He constantly kept trying to do all that he could to make the deal happen for us. He worked hand in hand with our lender and didn’t make us be the middle man – he would just give our lender what they were asking for directly. His other huge asset is his vast experience, knowledge and expertise.

While I do work in an industry that is directly involved with a home purchase, there were so many things about the actual buying process that I didn’t know or understand. He was there every time with answers to all of my questions. Once it finally came time to close, he was ready and willing whenever we were. Even after the closing was complete, he has been there for us – with welcoming letters and other helpful tips. If someday we are finally ready to part with our incredible home and move on to another one, I would never ever consider using anyone else. We are coming up on three months in our new home and we feel very neglectful in not thanking you enough for working with us so much and helping us find our dream home!!!!!  We absolutely have loved it!  We are pretty settled, but not all the way.  There is a 'project in the works at all times for some improvements, but that's been so fun.  We've had several family get togethers, and there is plenty of room for everyone!!! We did in fact enjoy going to OUR new home for the first time  and the feeling was different from any other visits. We have yet to get use to the idea that we are the owners of the new home  . We broke the news to our girls yesterday and they were absolutely trilled to have such a beautiful " Mansion" as they were calling it all this time.
